I want to thank you all so very much. I had a pleasant experience. The staff was wonderful, and the doctor that seen me Mrs. Law. She prescribed exactly what I needed. I feel so much better today. I can't thank her and all of you enough. I'll absolutely be back and I'll recommend you to everyone I know. Coming from someone that don't go to the doctor much. It's nice to have a place like that. Thank you so much again.
Everyone was welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. The provider that saw my son Elliot was awesome and listened to our concerns and gave great advice. The only negative aspect would be the computer system that seemed to not want to work for the sweet ladies up front. I love that you can check yourself in, but that doesn’t quite help if the system isn’t working. I would definitely recommend getting better IT support. My takeaway is that the staff and providers were great and the system needs work.
Brittany was wonderful! She took her time, I didn’t feel rushed and she answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend the Vienna location.
Everyone was so nice and put me at ease. I get nervous at the doctors office but dr Michael beane was great! Thank you all for being so professional and kind. It makes such a difference! ❤️
We have been sitting here for some time with ZERO patience in the rooms and at the top of the list. All staff is sitting around having conversations with one another. Surprise, not doing their jobs. Would not recommend this place for a damn thing!! By far worst place we have ever been. Sadly it's the only place that the job sends you too. TRASH 🗑️
