I had an excellent experience and wanted to highlight the outstanding care I received from Cameron, Casey, Caroline, and Alondra. Cameron triaged me and immediately made me feel comfortable—he was extremely personable and social while still maintaining professionalism and decorum. His ability to connect while staying focused and efficient really stood out and helped put me at ease right from the start. Casey handled my lab tests and was equally wonderful. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which made the process much less stressful. She was incredibly pleasant, kind, and patient, and I truly appreciated how attentive she was throughout. I wanted to check for a concussion. When I called insurance, they led me here. When I walked in, I signed in and they said there was a 5 hr wait. I talked to someone at the front, she asked why I was here, I mentioned concussion. She said it's not really any faster to sit there vs come back in 5 hrs, so I rescheduled to 10 am the next day Next day I come in, they said they don't even check for concussions. I should know better because an ER visit would be the safest way to know, but it would've been nice to know the first time I went and mentioned a concussion at the front. Lucky my symptoms aren't that bad, but I still have scratches on my face and everything that they could see easy. In an emergency, they should've just told me that sooner.

Our son went to this urgent care because he thought he may have broken his foot. They told him to come back in two hours.(He was barely able to walk) Because they were booked Up. 15 minutes later because he had nowhere to go they had an opening so he went up to get registered and they refused him care because he didn’t have his drivers license with him. He doesn’t drive at school so he doesn’t carry his ID around with him, he does have his state college ID and a picture of his passport and drivers license with him. I completely understand policy, but the woman behind the desk Was extremely rude. I actually got on the phone with her. Everyone there was so kind and understanding. My experience was amazing. I showed up really anxious about my illness and everyone was so comforting. The treatment I received there has improved my health so far immensely and I have already let my friends know of how amazing the treatment/experience was. I will definitely be returning next time Im in need of urgent care!

The care was not urgent. I showed up at 1pm on a Thursday to an essentially empty waiting room, and was told that the next appointment was at 2:45pm. I made an appointment and waited until 3:30pm to ask why they still hadn’t called me in. I was assured that I would be called shortly, and half an hour later I was questioned about my injury and sent back to the waiting room for another hour. I was finally taken to an exam room at 5pm, where I waited for another half hour with no indication of when the doctor could see me. I finally left at 6:30pm. The entire time I was waiting about half the people who came in ended up leaving frustrated to go somewhere else. All members of staff seemed very competent and professional, but they are brutally under staffed and appointment times aren’t even a v
