MedExpress I was very happy of the service that I got for my health medical care all the employees nurses nurse practitioners over all kind compassionate thorough. Best experience literally and because of the care within 24 hours I'm already feeling so much better I felt like death when I got there she prescribed the proper medication diagnosed and took the time to ask questions examine me so I do thank them so much because I really felt like death when I got there. So I thank them so very much

Urgent care has changed so much! It’s so much better. You can make appointment on line. Don’t have to wait for hours to be seen. The nurses are very friendly and kind! In and out!!!! As it should be when your sick!!!!

The Dr was very good, professional, thorough, and friendly. Did have some concern that moral among other staff members was poor. I think they feel since the UPMC/GO HEALTH PARTNERSHIP they feel somewhat forgotten as to how it plays out for them as overall direction, expectations, goals, and how they fit in to the future Team. I always ask questions "as to how it's going" just for a moments like this when I get an opportunity to provide feedback! Never forget everyone at that location is important as to future success. Always keep your team informed, listen to them, and make sure they feel part of today's team in the future team! WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH CHECK IN/OUT, TREATMENT/EXPERTISE/ PROFESSIONALISM OF ALL WAS EXCELLENT!

A terrible experience, I will never go there again. I would give a minus 5 stars if I could. The signing in with a kiosk is ridiculous and I didn’t realize that at first and wasn’t told while I thought I was waiting in line for registration, I don’t know how many people registered before me when I realized what to do. The lady at the registration desk saw how uncomfortable I was and asked the guy in charge of the medical desk if I should be seen quickly because of what happened and he said no, it wasn’t a big deal. Well, after waiting in pain for 3 hours, I finally got to see a doctor who had no clue on what to do. The doors and walls of that place are not as soundproof as they think. I was initially seen on **2/16/26**, and the nurse, Kami, asked for my social security number out loud. When I asked if I could write it down instead, she refused and told me I could come behind the counter and type it in. This is inappropriate and a HIPAA violation, especially since other patients’ information was visible at the desk. I returned on **2/18/26** to **get my TB test read**, and the experience was just as frustrating. The receptionist was very incompetent and repeatedly asked me if I was there “to get it read,” even after I clearly stated yes multiple times and provided the paperwork from my visit on 2/16/26.
