UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

I was there on Thursday, February 5th. I had horrible chest congestion and had been feeling poorly all week. The staff there is extremely friendly and they always answer all of my questions. Thank goodness, they tested me for the flu because that is what I had even though I got the flu vaccine. They are so well organized there. I have never had a bad experience and I’ve been coming to this site for years. I highly recommend recommended to all my friends and family. You always leave feeling better

On 1/11/2026 I went to the Robinson Court Urgent Care to check in as a walk in at approximately 9:10 a.m. since I was having difficulty checking in online. I pulled muscles in my lower back and opted to check in and come back to to the facility as there was no estimated wait time available, but the front desk told me that there was only one provider and that I would receive a text message 20 minutes before I would be seen. The link sent to my phone to check in while I was at the facility made me pay my copay up front before being seen. I asked to be refunded and that I would pay upon my actual appointment. Your receptionist at the front desk proceeded to argue with me about how the application requires prepayment. I told her I had no interest in arguing with her about something I just exp

Guys the people working here are very kind and respectful. The place us hygienic and clean at the same time. I will pick this place over and over.

The entire staff was so kind and caring. I just happened to be a few doors down from the Urgent Care when I needed care. They took me in quickly, took my vitals and EKG right away. I was advised to go to the ED but they did everything they could to triage. My husband was with me and we thought both the nurse and PA were very attentive. We could not have asked for a better experience. These women both deserve kudos!

I was incredibly impressed and grateful with the professionalism and understanding I experienced with the staff from check in to the final meeting with the Dr. I'm sure they had a long day with a lot of emergencies to handle yet still made time for me even though it was at the end of the night. It made a world of difference to me and they verified the problem I had in a short amount of time and found a solution to help me feel better that night. I would recommend the clinic to anyone.
