UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. One visit, they misdiagnosed a tick bite. I still have residual issues from that misdiagnosis. They sent a survey and I responded to it.. for the “doctor” who saw me to write back to my text response, yelling at me. Recently got charged a copay when I have zero deductible to meet and zero urgent care copays. Called and confirmed with my insurance if I had misread my EOB. They said I should not have been charged. Had to file a grievance with my insurance against them. Just two examples. Certainly will not be returning.

Every staff member was amazing. Such a professional experience. I've had to call for records to other specialist and no hesitation. I hope I don't need their care but if I do I know I'll be in great hands.

What a pleasant staff. Everyone was so helpful during my time of need. Very professional group, check in was painless and behind the scenes there was a lot of hustle happening. Thank you all for the care expressed. Certainly appreciated

Dr. Allie was wonderful. She listened to the reason why I was there and the symptoms I was having, tested and treated me appropriately. I highly recommend her, more thorough than my PCP!

I had to bring my son in this morning for a bad case of croup and high temperature. I was able to schedule online with ease and all the nurses in staff are so nice. My son has autism, so some tasks can be very difficult, like taking medicine or vitals, But all the staff was just truly amazing with him and made me feel so comfortable. I seen Dr Neely (one of my previous PCPs) and she is just as amazing as I remember her! Thank you to all of the staff here❤️ 10/10
