UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

I don’t think I could have felt any worse than I did and always dread urgent cares. We walked in the door the staff from the very start was so kind and efficient. Got checked in and waited 5 minutes before the nicest nurse took us back, also very efficient and compassionate. The doctor came in 5 minutes later and knew exactly what was going on and I honestly felt he truly knew the pain I was in. He was so kind and explained everything from what was going to happen and then we were out the door! This is hands down the best facility ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team was amazing, so helpful and kind! Doctor and nurse had amazing bedside manner. The team at the front desk got me checked in and was so patient, which was nice as I had basically no voice left. The people were top notch. My only complaint is around the technology. I couldn’t register online as I was prompted to do. The site kept crashing and spinning. Also didn’t MyChart just get massively sued for a data breach? And why can’t this just live on the MyUPMC app?

It took an hour from my pre-scheduled appointment to be seen. The waiting room had 1 other person in it when I arrived. Then after selecting the pharmacy in the online form and confirming it with the provider, they sent it to the wrong one 30 min away. I had to wait at the correct pharmacy for another hour for them to transfer it.

Got in fast. Was in and out with treatment within 40 minutes. Dr rahman was literally the best, wish he had his own practice so i could go there to be honest. Front desk staff and nurse was amazing as well! Take it from someone that has had very few good dr experiences, you can trust them here!
