UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

We are very pleased with our experience. The receptionist greeted us and was very helpful in processing our information and addressing out concerns. The nurse who took our vitals and intake information was exceptional. She was very thorough while also being friendly and responsive to our questions.

Jared and the rest of the team were amazing! My 2 year old fell and cut her face at school, and I thought she might need stitches. Our pediatrician office doesn't do them and all the children's urgent care locations were closed, so I stopped on our way home from the school in hope that they could help rather than having to go to children's ER. The entire team immediately attended to us, quickly determined that she needed stitches, and expertly cared for her. I am so grateful for their competence and caring during an extremely stressful situation.

Went there for a sore throat last summer. Waited for results for a strep test since I was going on vacation- never got a call back about results. I called the staff while on vacation and they kept telling me I would hear back and it’s a new year and I’m still waiting.

This place was excellent! The receptionist was courteous and competent, and the nurse practitioner (Samantha) was amazing ...She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly with excellent bedside manner..best urgent care experience I have ever had!

This location did a great job listening and helping me with my fall allergies and asthma flare. Jared the physician was super helpful and supportive. Thank you for getting me all cleared up!
