UPMC Cole

My husband had uncontrollable shaking and difficulty breathing. We arrived at six in the morning and the lady at the desk was nothing but professional. I was going to remember her name so that all could see. She was so sweet and caring. Our whole experience was a great experience. They took us quickly and he was diagnosed with only a mild virus. All the tests and everything they did was scheduled as promised, and we were out by 1 o’clock. Thank you all for the great experience

Attention Administrator, 11/19/2025 On November 5th 2025 @5:00pm approximately I was rushed to the emergency room due to a possible stroke. Immediately I was taken under the care of the finest and excellent team of doctors and nurses. I would like to acknowledge my upmost thanks for the EXCELLENT care and service during this time from the following team: Dr.Perry PA- Todd Huston RN- Stephanie Nicki RN- Karen Being from Michigan and on a hunting trip here in Potter County I never thought I would have to be rushed to the Cole Memorial hospital but I have to say that for a small town up in the mountains of Pennsylvania I had the best qualified team in the medical field taking care of me. B

I went to the ER with a bat bite they started me on my series of rabies shots and the staff was so wonder!! even 2 doct/nurses came and and tackled me at the same time with the shots so it wouldn’t be so bad they had me laughing!!! love that ER!!!

So thankful for Brad, an incredible ER nurse with the biggest heart. Your compassion, strength, and calm in the toughest moments truly made a difference. The world is a better place because of the care you give. 💙

Brought my son in due to severe hives (still currently here, been here for almost 4 hours), the nurses either all go into one room or stand at the nurses station giggling like high schoolers. Meanwhile there is another child with a broken ankle out in the waiting room that has been here even longer than we have and he’s even yet to have even an actual room
