I was there for a wellness check up and it was great!! I was in and out

They charged me for no line bifocals. Over 100$! They even admitted to the mistake however I went back three times and the kept telling me they would have someone contact me. No one ever did! I never received my money back for their error. The last time I asked the lady at the desk said she doesn't know how to fix the problem. I personal believe she didn't want to say anything for fear of getting in trouble for her mistake or she just didn't care. Very bad business and they stole my money! Please stay away.

The wait is extremely long, the waiting area is too small to accommodate the large volume is patients scheduled. After being their over three and one half hours, the check in check out supervisor opened a window and processed the first person standing near her instead of asking who was next. Her co-workers were asking who is next but the apparent leader failed to do it, which shows a lack in leadership and professional ethics. After receiving an office procedure we were caused a prolonged wait time due to Ms. Humphreys lack of tact. My mom adores her physician Dr. Chen, but someone should review the waiting area supervisor and policies. Ms. Humphreys was very apologetic but according to her other co-workers, she does it on a regular basis. Other patients have also had the same complaint

This place is terrible. Every time I have been here my wait is 3 HOURS or more past my appointment before I'm seen. Why even make appointments???? May as well be a walk in. 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 Ridiculous I have to give a star to leave a review
