This place is absolutely amazing and thats an understatement! Ive never experienced such great experience anywhere else. We are always in and out , always taken very good care of , we love this place. And I highly recommend Dr Joshua Akers ! He was so caring about my children and I words couldn't do the justice. I was very graciously attended to when presenting myself with a very painful attack from a spike in my garden!! The staff greeted me quickly and got all the pertinent information quickly. I was moved to a different room for the physician to assess the wound and prescribe the required treatment to facilitate wound healing!! All done in a very reasonable length of time allowing me to make it to my Noon Mass and pray for healing as well! Thank you for providing professional and efficient care❤️

Dr Joshua Akers and Charity Well’s with U of L Health are the benchmark when it comes to customer service. I have never in my 50 years of life had a doctor’s office go out of their way more for me than they did yesterday. Not only did they go above and beyond what they normally do, Dr Akers contacted me personally today to make sure I was taken care of and Charity Wells stayed after her shift for me yesterday so I could come back in to sign some paperwork to make sure I was taken care of. I am beyond pleased with my experience and would recommend U of L Health to anyone. Thank you so much for your bedside manners and heart for people. I can truly tell you both love what you do. He shows so much care and ask patients every detail and friendly. If he thinks you dont understand what he said he will ask you that he will give you notes . I dont speak english fluently may be he understand that and asked me... i highly recommend him. I visited so many doctors but i really feel comfort here and i want to say this when i went for follow up with primary care i asked one doctor my concerns . He is in his 80's all what he did is infront of me he asked google and showed me the answer i was shocked and got scared... i mean patients go to doctor to clear their problems. Patients lifes are in their hands ...
