I had fallen and hurt my foot pretty bad and I could not walk for a few weeks. Dr. Palassio is such an amazing, caring and excellent listener and doctor. He was able to diagnose a tiny fracture that had been missed on 2 initial x-rays at my primary care doctor. Dr. Palassio ordered me a Stat CT Scan and he was able to diagnose the tiny fracture, which was located in a 'very hard spot to break' per Dr. I wore a boot then a few different compression boots over a few weeks, I did as he said to stay off it as much as possible and my foot was feeling much better quickly. I'm so glad I went for a 2nd Opinion wit UNR Sports Medicine. My daughter then later, pulled her Achilles Tendon and we went back to Dr. Palassio and he was able to diagnose and get her the right care she needed. He is excellen

$750 for simple x-ray and almost $400 for 30min with doctor....wow, these charges should be illegal....outrageous, so if you don't have an insurance, get ready to sell your house to pay these sickening charges these medical establishments are allowed to charge hard working Americans....make me sick to my stomach!!!!

This office is surrounded by UNR, which means there’s a lot of foot traffic. However, the dedicated parking lot is a plus. There’s ample parking, including plenty of handicapped spaces. Each visit comes with a parking permit, making the experience even more convenient.

Strongly suggest you avoid. Just go to urgent care or the ER, if necessary.
