Unmh has been literally a life saver! I have been to most of the departments due to my poor health. I regularly go to the pain clinic and go to the rehabilitating clinic. It has been very helpful. I have been a patient in the psychological clinic, due to a nervous breakdown, after my father died in 2023. I was in a coma for weeks. My colon exploded and they saved my life. I have two tumors in my brain. They are carefully watching them to see that they don't grow. I have growths in my gallbladder. Thank God for all the caring staff! It is now 1/12/26.

Ruben Franco is the best!! I was a new a new patient and he spent a good hour with me explaining everything in terms that I understood. Showed me what's wrong with my back and gave me options. I have a follow up appt in march with him. Very thorough and helpful. I recommend this place and Ruben!!

Anti epileptic drugs are prescribed via last chart filed not the day I run out. I call to correct scripts 2x now my insurance won't fill until prescribing Dr. rescinds all the incorrect ones and writes it properly never had 2 different scripts of the same medicine 1 morning 1 night to be filled simultaneously.

Dr Oxford is wonderful. It has been a while since I met a surgeon who put me so ease. He was never dismissive took everything I said seriously and best of all fixed the problem he could and submitted a referral to a colleague for the problem he could not. I truly appreciate him and his staff.

Difficult to figure out the mechanics of checking in. Multiple waiting rooms, dirty bathroom. The clerk was quite rude to the woman behind me. My nurse was efficient and the physicians seemed more attentive and willing to work with me than previous visits. Was quite satisfied with professional staff. 4.5 stars to them.
