They were able to schedule us within days of calling for an appointment. Checkin and wait time was smooth and quick. I was so impressed with how well the Dr worked with my toddler, and the X-ray techs were also so patient and good with her. They even gave her a couple birthday gifts because they noticed she had just had a birthday. Would definitely go back and recommend!

I called today to reschedule my sons appt due to Covid. I spoke with Selina Silva. Ms. Silva seemed awfully annoyed when on the phone call with me. She made me feel like I was a burden to deal with. I was taken back as this is our 2nd time being seen or scheduling at this hospital. When in person myself & my son were treated with consideration and kindness. The providers were exceptional friendly and went above and beyond. That is why I am absolutely surprised at the treatment and customer service I received over the phone. I spoke with Ms. Silva twice today. Both times Ms. Silva responded the same way. I work in this department at a different hospital. We always try and be understanding when patients reschedule especially if it's in advance. Im hoping the next time I receive a much bette

My baby broke his leg, and we had to bring him here to get a cast and X-rays. The wait time is minimal and they did a wonderful job treating him! We were in and out of there in under and hour! Every time we’ve gone back has been the same. Wonderful staff!

Kept me isolated for 5 days when i was 16 and planned on not telling me anything about what they were going to do with me or where they were going to send me all without letting my mom see me for the first few days all because of a depressive episode. The staff treated me like an animal and laughed at me in the state I was in. I still have nightmares from being kept there over a year later. Dr raus* should not be qualified to be a psychiatrist. Stop hiring people that only care about money and don't actually care for patients and their wellbeing, especially children.

Went here for my prosthesis. Had nothing but problems. Dr. Won't call you has dummies call can't read prescriptions. I told the person on the phone that I am going to change to hanger prosthesis and was told do that. Never go back there. Bad enough I have to go through this. Don't go here they act like you have to go there. Reminds me of government employees. What a mess. Good luck to all you amputees.
