University Vision Centre

I had a great experience getting my eye exam! Everyone was so helpful, and the facility was well kept! I appreciate that they disinfected the equipment in front of me. The only downside is that their frames were very expensive. I ordered a pair, but the VA just told me to bring my prescription to them to fill. Thankfully, University Vision Centre was able to cancel my order because they hadn't started making the order. Other than that, if the VA sends me back here for future eye exams, I will gladly return!

Dr. Ellis and his staff were fantastic! The front desk girl was very welcoming and transparent in regards to prices etc. Their technician Maria was very freindly and efficient. Dr Ellis was very thourough and a pleasure to talk with. Last but not least Christina took her time to help me pick out the right pair of glasses that fit my face and my budget. I could have stayed all day to just hangout with all of them. Thank you everyone for the excellent service and experience.

Great visit. Did not wait at all, testing was easy and the girl doing the test was great. The guy who ordered my glasses was new but was real good and asked questions when he wasn’t sure. The gentleman helping him was also great. Overall a great experience.
