University Urgent Care

The staff is amazing. They always are very welcoming and truly take their time and listen to my concerns. They are very informative and make sure that you understand what they doing and what you need to for recovery. I highly recommend this location.

Sorry that I went to urgent care for an urgent issue. It doesn’t matter if you come five minutes before they close or an hour before they close they still have a job to do…. It was 30 minutes before they close immediately the lady had attitude did not smile or greet me. She sent me away telling me they couldn’t help me immediately just because they were closing 30 minutes early. You get what you pay for. Cheap labor…. and to whoever is reading this review, it was 730 pm Wednesday, 4 March. So you can identify who was so rude to me.

I have nothing but good things to say… scheduled an appointment 15 minutes out, got there, and was seen right away. When I threw up (bad case of flu) they took care of me and situated me with some fluids to get my temperature and heart rate down and checked in on me frequently. They didn’t make me feel bad for even a second about having made a mess. Will come here in future if I ever need an urgent care visit.

I wrote a review the other day about a bad experience I had with one worker in particular, I took my review down because I felt like That one persons actions shouldn’t have affected the place as a whole since I’ve only ever had great experiences every other occasion, but my partner came here tonight, at 7:30pm, and they told him they already saw their last patient and we’re not seeing anyone else for the night, you guys don’t close until 8pm but are refusing to take patients at 7:30pm? You should update your hours on google to reflect when you’ll stop seeing patients so we’re not driving 25-30min for nothing. I would understand maybe stop seeing patients 5min before close but a whole 30 minutes is completely misleading when your hours show you close at 8pm. I’m not sure if you all need new

I was mowing the grass and a rock hit my leg and after a week it had gotten worse instead of better. I looked on my insurance provider website for a nearby urgent Care center, and University urgent Care was the closest one to my home. I wished I would have gone there sooner! Everyone that I encountered did an excellent job! Keep up the Great work! My insurance was accepted and paperwork was very easy to process.
