I’ve scheduled with Sarah Wardwell Multiple times for sports massage — always top-notch! I would see her weekly if my schedule & resources were unlimited, but I grab sessions when I can. Per Sarah’s recommendation, I also more recently did one session with Katie Carter for facial massage (I was having TMJ/teeth grinding issues, sore neck muscles on one side, etc.). Katie was super thorough, careful, and effective — 48 hours afterward, all the tension in my jaw and neck was gone

Sarah is hands down amazing in the craft of sports massage therapy. If you are an athlete of any level and any sport, you need to have Sarah in your life!

I had my second massage today with Katie - she is amazing! She took time to listen to how my body was feeling and adapted her treatment to how my body was responding. She made me feel heard in my concerns and gave me some great recommendations for follow up. Both of my appointments have been different and customized to exactly what my body needed at that time. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been coming to University Sports Massage for several years now and have never been disappointed. All the therapists I have had there are fantastic. A big shout out specifically to Tiffany Ray, Dan Stoneberger and Katie Carter for their strong hands, care and suggestions. I always look forward to my next visit and can't wait to be back.

The massage therapist I worked with was very knowledgeable and gave tons of great advice and insight. I also felt like he really listened to and assessed my body issues, and took my athletic activities into serious account (even though I'm not a marathoner or on anyone's varsity team). It was probably the best and most efficient massage I've ever had! He addressed and solved every issue we discussed, and I have been pain free since! These guys work with most of the UF sports organizations, so they are not new to the game. Great atmosphere, quiet, and TONS of rooms. Price is a tiny bit more than most places I've looked at in town, but not extravagant. Obviously not cheap, but totally worth it! I'll definitely be returning for a follow up, and for some routine maintenance.
