very frustrated. having a surgery to get a keloid removed. the surgeon said the following three days i’ll need radiation. i went to a consultation with the radiation people and they didn’t even know i was having surgery. that didn’t make me feel very comfortable. the receptionist was very rude as well. the doctor said to come straight from surgery to get my first round of radiation. i called the surgeons office because they told me something different. the receptionist there said the radiologists office never even called them to coordinate. while at my consult the doctor never even set up appointments with me for the other two days. i called again to ask and once again the receptionist was very rude. not to mention i don’t even live in syracuse. will never go here again if i don’t have to.

Had MRI 6/18/21,Still waiting to have it read by a radiologist, been told only one person can read it and may take up to 3 week's. Unbelievable and unprofessional in my opinion. Would have chosen another Cancer Center out of town if I had realized ahead of time. Can you imagine the Dr waiting 3 weeks waiting for someone to diagnose some issue in his or her life.
