They cancelled my cavity filling that was scheduled 7 months out because I worked during their business hours and I was unable to confirm the appointment when they would call. They are the only doctors I have ever had that have cancelled an appointment due to lack of confirmation, despite my perfect attendance record for past appointments. Allegedly, they also couldn’t find my active insurance, I’m guessing because they tried finding it from my old member ID number and only from that method. I received a new member ID number when I got my new insurance card at the start of the new year and they never had it in their system. I don’t blame them for that. My daughter had a terrible experience she been going there for years and today the hygienist was very aggressive and rude she pushed my daughter face down after she told her she was putting water up her nose and also my daughter has cuts in her mouth due to her aggressiveness

I scheduled an appointment last year and had to wait until March and then the appointment was cancelled due to not having a hygienist and now no appointments available until December. This place is definitely a joke.

Went there today. The dentists were really nice especially this one female I had, forgot her name but she was very nurturing and I really appreciated it. It doesn’t hurt to be nice. Makes me love the whole place in general
