Please don’t leave your loved ones here. My mother died in their care on 03/11/25 and she should have been moved to the hospital but staff lied to my family about her condition and left us uninformed. Administrative staff caused her unnecessary stress and took her into their office to debit money out of her bank account knowing there was a financial representative for her that should have been contacted regarding any payments and all while her insurance was paying them thousands of dollars. They left her to wait on the toilet for almost an hour on two occasions. They made rude comments to her complaining about having to lift her. Administration was rude to my family and tried to fight us when we wanted to bring her home. After her death, they contacted the funeral home to find out who they

University Park Nursing had some good points, but honestly, there were definitely some rough spots. The staff were generally polite, but they seemed really overworked at times, which made things feel a bit slow when we needed help. Some areas were clean, but the hallway carpet was pretty worn, and a few rooms could really use a fresh coat of paint. Care was okay, though not always consistent—I noticed a few times that the staff seemed rushed, and it showed. I ended up waiting a bit longer than I would have liked for assistance a couple of times, which was frustrating. At the end of the day, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but there were moments that made me think it could have been a lot better.

February of 2024: The attached photos show a filthy bucket on a filthy bathroom floor with a pipe leak that took days to be fixed (assisted living floor on 2/03/2024). My parent could've easily slipped and fell anytime when there was standing water on that bathroom floor from the overflowing water bucket. DISGUSTING in more ways than one!! Nursing home floor, 3rd floor: January of 2025. Chipped away walls that took months for lazy & careless building maintenance, administrator and whoever else to fix in an unprofessional fashion. June 16th, 2025: A photo of my parent's broken & slanted bedside table on the nursing home floor, 3rd floor. I know how busy Nursing homes can be. Nathan was Awesome last night. My Uncle is in their care. He's been wanting a flip phone. He has a Government phone, but it pocket dials people. He has an Old flip phone.Nathan got me the Info I needed from his old phone.

This place is horrible. If you care about your family member do not send them here. Staff tries to do the best they can but they are so overwork and underpaid. Management is terrible and does nothing but sits in the office and eats all day. The administrator Stacy needs to take some classes on how to treat people with respect. She is rude, condescending, and loves to roll her eyes at you. Very unprofessional.
