All very professional, friendly, efficient and high quality. Quite easy to set up appointment. In the office they quickly did scans to assess the work needed. Dr Kong communicated clearly what needed done (2 root canals), and finished the initial work on both teeth in one appointment. He and his staff are both friendly and professional, helping to put me at ease during the procedure. So glad I visited them.

I had never undergone any dental work prior to this experience, so my anxiety was understandably high when I learned I would need two root canals across three appointments. From the moment I entered the office, I felt immediately at ease. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding. Dr. Kong and his staff were absolutely amazing. I personally do not particularly care for dentist and was truly nervous about the appointment. The front desk receptionist showed empathy, and Dr. Kong explained what he was going to do before doing it, and after my root canal, he explained what he did and the next steps. Do not go anywhere else if you need a root canal! Everybody in this office from the administrative staff, Max, Carrie & Breanna, to my dental assistant Maira, and then of course Dr Kong are efficient, friendly, professional and absolutely amazing!! I had no pain at all during my procedure or the days after. I really appreciate Dr Kong taking the time to explain each step he was doing and showing me the x-rays before and after and making me very comfortable in what could otherwise be an anxiety triggering visit! Have no fear if you get your root canal here!
