Amazing experience with Dr. Bryce Basques’ office — truly above and beyond. I’ve been seen at the Cranston office, and I had a posterior cervical fusion. The support throughout this process has been exceptional. Emily Sullivan is outstanding. She took the time to make sure I understood everything in a way that actually clicked for me, and she listened to understand — not just respond. She reviewed everything in detail and has the most amazing bedside manner, and it genuinely fit my personality. She’s also incredibly responsive through the patient portal, which is so refreshing. This review pertains specifically to the office staff rather than the physicians. Unfortunately, the professionalism demonstrated by this team was lacking. While I was waiting, I observed the secretary and a nurse engage in a heated argument in front of patients. The secretary was clearly out of line, and the nurse responded in self-defense. During the incident, the secretary raised her voice and spoke to staff behind her about reprimanding the nurse all over a request from a patient to make a photocopy. When it was my turn to interact with her, I had been trying to reach someone by phone for six hours without success. She provided me with Tiffany's direct number to address the situation. Dr. Shambaugh was everything I want someone cutting me open to be….knowledgeable, enthusiastic, informative, and according to all I spoke with, she was really good at her profession. At first I was semi comically nervous of how happy and excited she seemed explaining the procedure to reattach my torn bicep. Yes, I looked it up, and, gross. 10/10 don’t recommend doing prior. After surgery and up until now, my 10 day follow up to remove the bandage, the pain has been minimal and everything seems to be healing well. I told her about my semi nervous concern and her response was she loves what she does. So at this time the rumors are confirmed. Dr. Shambaugh is an amazing orthopedic surgeon. Spencer Hull is an Amazing Dr!! She answered all of my questions and came up with a solution after taking new X-rays and comparing them from my previous ones! Explained my condition to me while pointing out my problems on my X-rays and explaining everything she found on them… then following up with an MRI just to be safe. The staff was amazing also! This office gets a five star rating from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
