My daughter hurt her ankle at volleyball practice, and we were able to walk-in the next day to get an x-ray and meet with a doctor. We were in-and-out in less than 1-hour. Staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly!

Very nice experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Explained what they were doing and even asked what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. Checked on me during the procedure. Directed me and provided instructions. I was very pleased with the entire process.

I came to uva looking for help for issues I was having with my spine yet I was told that everything was to mild and they wouldn’t do what needs to be done which is surgery to fix it Sara Rynder told me that all the big words in the report was just saying I have arthritis like I am ignorant to what the report says well I am not. Come to find out she is wrong about a few things when it came to my report. I don’t know how she got in the position to do her job but she should be taken out of it and remember that the patient is the one she should listen to because it’s their body and they know better than her. So I have multiple disc bulges on all three sections of the spine and knowing that I have had problems with my back in the past and everything I have been through she just shrugged it

On February 23, 2026 I had an appointment for an X-ray guided injection to address pain in my right ankle. Joyce was the register and Cris was the technologist. The procedure was conducted by Dr. Holston and Marilyn was the nurse. Everyone I came into contact with was polite, friendly, and professional. The procedure was explained to me in advance, which made me feel at ease and completely aware of what was going to happen, and I was informed of each step as the process went along.

miranda and julia were great! i did ask for my husband to come back and was told there wasn't enough room for him; but the room was very large and he could have come back. julia did offer but she said she would need to get approval. i told her nevermind. either way, they were both very kind. would recommend!
