Customer Reviews
We have been seeing Dr. Daniel Trimble, at this location. I was a little shocked at the other reviews, however I had not seen the same specialist listed in those reviews. The staff in the front are usually very friendly. There was once, that one of them seemed a little bit stand-off-ish, however they are human too, and maybe they were having an off day. (They weren't rude, just not the most welcoming, I almost felt like a nuisance - but I also have misinterpreted them.) I had one visit, where I was taken back very quickly, and I definitely appreciated that! Another time, we weren't taken back until almost 20 minutes after our appointment time. Once again, I understand things happen, I wasn't upset - but this day, my child was also tired and hungry, so it was a little bit frustrating for
I came here with leg pain. They requested I get an MRI. That was weeks ago, and they refuse to tell me the MRI results after requesting it. I scheduled an appointment with the doctor and they cancelled it. Just a waste of time and money, these people are all frauds
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacobsen after we finally found the office. It's way too hard to find a pediatric orthopedic surgeon in Utah County but this office does a great job and knew way more about my daughter's accessory navicular bone than any other doctor we talked to and they were able to get us in in a timely manner and were easy to work with.
Came here after my daughter broke her collar bone while out of town. They took an xray to confirm it was broken. The doctor was with us for a whole two minutes— touched her collarbone to feel the fracture and told her to keep it in the sling we were already using. Nothing else to do for a collarbone fracture. Was then charged $526 for “treatment of collarbone fracture.” That did not include the charge for the x-ray. Tried to dispute it but it didn’t work. They waived my portion of the bill but still charged my insurance for the whole thing. Totally dishonest in my opinion. $526 for treatment that did not happen. No wonder we have to pay so much to have insurance when we get billed incorrectly!
Dr. Jacobsen and his entire staff were wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions and helped us get connected with the right hospital for my daughter's procedure. I had to call their office several times due to my insurance complications. The front desk staff and nurses Allie, Kaitlyn and Amber especially were helpful! Although we had to go with another provider (insurance) they were so friendly and understanding. I will definitely go back should any of my children need orthopedic care in the future. Thank you again.
