i’ve been waiting since november to get a call from them. i can never get on the phone with a person the phone doesn’t fully ring after the options and goes straight to leaving a voicemail. i don’t even know if im “approved” because they have an approval process they don’t tell you about. i’ve just wanted to get an appointment and it’s been horrible communication from them. THey have not called me but sent me a message in my chart as it is incomplete. AFTER 15 weeks. horrible

I was referred here 7 months ago. When I first was referred, they said it would be 2 or 3 months before they could even schedule an appointment with me, which was shocking. They haven't called or messaged in 7 months. This is bordering on malpractice. You shouldn't be open if you can't see patients.

So so so so bad. The director of this department thought I was drug seeking, failed to diagnos me, didnt know how to use the equipment she tried using. I would have been better off never seeing a doctor and attempting home remdies. I now pay out of network to goto IHC. IHC is insanley better for this kind of need. Please do not allow yourselc to become a victim of this department. Their director is scary nuts.

I am severely dissatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted with the University of Utah’s Rheumatology team. A few years ago my mom went here for help and saw the department head of Rheumatology (who was a lady from India). She dismissed my mom’s concerns and ultimately said that her health problems didn’t have an underlying rheumatological cause. My mom saw recently a local rheumatologist and was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and Beçhets disease. These diagnosis were backed up with physical symptoms, labs and X-rays. She has been struggling with these symptoms for years and suffering because of the poor level of care provided by this facility. What causes me more concern is that my mom’s story isn’t a one off experience. Several people in my community have sought help from the Unive

The worst experience ever. Don't even waste your time here . Waited for months and months after my referral was sent in , with nobody calling me to schedule an appointment. Every time I called I was told I need to wait longer . Finnaly found out they denied to even see me without calling to even let me know . They don't care about issues or symptoms a patient has. I guess you have to be half dead for them to maybe consider taking you in.
