University of Maryland Urgent Care - Pasadena

This afternoon we came to the University of Maryland's Urgent Care in Pasadena, Maryland for a serious cut to to my husband's thumb. This was a table saw incident which cause three deep wound cuts. We were immediately cared for by the triage nurse, Destiny who was professional, efficient and showed concern. The office assistant also was very helpful. The Doctor, Hailey S. and her PA in training were compassionate, professional and extremely knowledgeable in tending to his wound. The suturing process was done with care and expertise. The care given was remarkable! The office and exam rooms were clean and well equipped. We highly recommend this facility for your health and emergency needs.

I had an AMAZING experience during my recent visit to urgent care. Went in on a Sunday afternoon and was seen IMMEDIATELY. Was greeted by Destiny with a smile and she gathered info on my issue. Was then seen by Abu, the PA. He quickly assed my situation and provided options for the best course of remedy. His assessment and plan for treatment were spot on. Felt better within hours and totally back to myself within 48 hours. The facility was clean and comfortable. Would STRONGLY recommend using this location and will defiantly go back as needed versus a visit to the hospital if that can be avoided. Thanks to Destiny and Abu for doing a GREAT JOB!!! DH

I recently brought my child to this medical facility and was extremely impressed with the level of care we received. The front desk staff was welcoming, the medical team was knowledgeable and attentive, and they treated my child with genuine compassion. They explained everything clearly and made sure all of our questions were answered. It’s not always easy finding providers you trust with your children, but this team exceeded our expectations. Destiny was amazing, sweet, and very comforting. Dr. Rohrer is hands down the best provider we have ever seen. This was actually our second time seeing both of these women and they are the reason we choose to come to this urgent care location.

I had the best experience at this U of MD Urgent Care facility. Front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable and PA Kristen was perfect!! Kristen was very kind and seemed truly concerned with helping to alleviate my respiratory illness. Turns out she was spot on with her diagnosis as I began feeling much better after the 1st day of neds. Additionally, the facility was clean and only had one other person waiting to be seen. I love having the Pasadena U of MD Urgent Care so close by and I highly recommend visiting this location. 👍

Kristen, PA Gabby, MA Kristen, RT These ladies were wonderful and so helpful!! They were so fast and we were in and out. They were so kind and caring with my son and made our experience wonderful. They were lovely and I would be happy to get them and this level of service every visit!
