University of Maryland Urgent Care - Fallston

I went to urgent care for a bad cough I explained that I was run down as well. I had just lost a family member that morning. Carrie Ryerson CRNP treated me with such kindness and compassion even leaving kind words of encouragement on my discharge papers I have always had good treatment at Urgent care of Fallston.

I entered University of Maryland Urgent Care at 11:20 on July 4, 2025. I was asked why I was there. I explained that I was seen 2 days ago by my primary care doctor and was given antibiotics. Still not feeling and better, my primary care doctor told me to go to urgent care. University of Maryland Urgent Care refused to see me, telling me I needed to allow time for the antibiotics to work. Left and went to Express Care in Forest Hill MD where I was treated wonderfully!

Check in was fast and efficient, and the waiting room was comfortable and accommodating. The young lady who welcomed me was very nice and thorough, while at the same time she was juggling the responsibility for teaching a new hire the check in process. Triage went smoothly as the same young lady continued to mentor and coach the new hire. She did a very good job. My provider, Cindy, was very pleasant and very professional in the way she performed her assessment of my issues, and she was competent in her ability to quickly provide a diagnosis. I was very comfortable in her care. Both of these members of your team are a valuable asset to your organization and should be commended as model employees. I left there feeling satisfied with choosing this facility. Based on my experience I will not

The team at Urgent Care Fallston is always amazing. My 3rd time. Amber and Meredith were outstanding tonight taking great care of me.

How do you start to check-in a patient, take his drivers license, collect his co-pay and forget to complete the check-in process for almost 2hrs?! Yup! That’s exactly what happened to me. The old grumpy senior at the reception on 3/31/22 @4pm was so unpleasant l considered walking out. He actually made me feel worse than the illness that brought me in! He never once apologized!
