University of Maryland Urgent Care - Easton

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, efficient, and genuinely attentive. I was greeted with a smile and checked in quickly. The provider took the time to listen carefully. It was reassuring to be treated with both professionalism and compassion. The facility was clean, well-organized, and calm, which made the whole experience far less stressful than I expected. I left feeling confident in the care I received and very grateful for such a supportive team. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone needing prompt, thoughtful medical care. As I left, I joked that I hope I didn't have to come back again, but if I do, I know it will be another good experience.

I’m writing this review as the former regional Director for emergency medicine for the area. I’ve always had a wonderful relationship with the staff and leadership of this center, but this was the first time I had used it personally. From calling and making the appointment with Nneka, who greeted me warmly at the front desk on arrival, to Angie, who was a very detailed oriented and caring nurse, to Shayna, the nurse practitioner who took care of me; all three were absolutely gold star five star folks. I feel more comfortable in the community, knowing that I can go there for urgent care issues.

I had visited my primary care twice, was given very little help. After one visit at this urgent care, received a clear explanation and felt relief that a plan was in place. Excellent diagnostician, excellent care and wonderful compassion.

I had a five star experience from beginning to the end of my service. The front desk check in was smooth with a warm reception. Leah!!!! She was incredible!! Very kind and personable not to mention funny. I let the staff know how impressed and thankful I was to have experienced such great customer service.

I really appreciated the care and efficiency of Easton Urgent Care. today. The staff of Jennifer, Angie , Valerie and Emily were excellent. My pre-op physical was completed in about a half hour. Thank you !
