Is it possible to get some new chairs in the waiting room at the Diagnostic and Imaging Center? They are so cracked and worn. They look like they were salvaged from a dumpster. Does anybody even notice that? They look awful and whether it should or not, it affects your perception of the care you are receiving. Same with a lot of the phlebotomy chairs, the vinyl is cracked and uncomfortable to lay your arm on and it can't be getting sanitized completely when there are cracks in the upholstery.

University's phone number is published incorrectly somewhere, and all patients have calling our personal landline, leaving their sensitive information including name, date of birth, phone number, and sometimes health concerns on our voice message. I have reached out various times on different platforms to let them know that the number is incorrect. I also changed my voicemail to let the patients know that we are not the hospital. And either they are preoccupied or not listening, but they still leave their information. This has to be a HIPAA violation. One patient even called my voicemail back and said that she listened to my voicemail, and also reached out to University to let them know that the number is published incorrectly somehow.
