⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care and Service at University MRI! I cannot recommend University MRI enough. My experience here was absolutely excellent, and I was genuinely surprised by how friendly, punctual, and professional the entire team was. Dealing with medical appointments can be stressful, but this center makes the process as smooth and comfortable as possible.From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and put me completely at ease. It was pleasant. The Frontline staff were cordial and the wait time was not too long. The mammo tech was awesome. Very professional and attentive. I loved the butterfly deco and then when. I left she gave me a real pink rose (I forgot it on the seat when I left). The next day a I was called to let me know my mammo results were good. (Yeah!).

You staff member Sophia is the most rude and vile individual I've ever come across. Not only did she not listen to me request, she proceeded to tell me it's 4pm and no one is there to help me. While attempting to clarify the reason for my call she hung up the phone on me. When I called back to speak with her supervisor, she then asked for my name. Been coming here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. Sophia was unprofessional, rude and obnoxious to say the least.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. The most frustrating issue was the complete lack of communication and follow-through regarding my MRI results. It took three weeks for my provider to finally receive the report, despite multiple follow-ups. Both my provider and I reached out several times to confirm whether the results had been sent, yet no one could give a clear answer. I personally called three separate times, and each time a different staff member answered, none of whom could confirm if the results had been sent to my provider. It’s alarming that a medical facility appears to have no reliable system to track whether results have been sent or not. When the results were finally sent, they were faxed to the wrong number. My experiences with University MRI have been consistently disappointing and deeply frustrating. After undergoing an MRI and MRI with contrast, my results were delayed for over a month despite multiple follow-ups from both myself and my doctor’s office. Each time I called, I was told the reviewing physician was “backed up,” yet no one ever followed through on promised supervisor callbacks. Waiting this long for imaging intended to rule out a potentially serious condition was unacceptable and caused significant stress. Most recently, I received a $500 bill for the scan. When I contacted my insurance company, I was told that University MRI never obtained the required preauthorization—something they should have handled before the exam.
