University Medical Center of El Paso - Ysleta Pharmacy

Went to the ER, and they attempted to do an IV and missed 4 times. They first said great veins and then missed it. One nurse said I had clotting while the other said I bleed a lot, so it was contradicting. I had one IV administered incorrectly, the nurses left the needle in my arm, then tried to get another IV, started in a different vain, while the other IV needle was still hanging in my arm They left the room, and a family member who came to visit almost tripped on a need that was left on the floor.

Just a heads up this report will be going to the board of pharmacies and the BBB . Laughing at a patient . And lying to them about the medications that were ready and being condescending to them is unprofessional, also being unhelpful with their concerns not professional at all .

I was dropping off a prescription when the ladies were talking out loud talking about a customer and how they were going to make him wait on purpose for 30 minutes to get his medication. I'm assuming the customer was rude or something. In my opinion that was unprofessional of them, it was really sad they would do something like that on purpose. I was very disappointed.

Very helpful, excellent phone etiquette, and I loved how they direct you to the proper services when needed. Just amazing how the information I was given was correct and I had no problems getting in contact with the services I needed.

Not good when you are waiting there for your meds take longer than the main hospital…. Not mind to speak loud and ask correctly if be waiting for medication
