University Medical Center of El Paso - Main Campus Pharmacy

Very bad customer service at the UMC hospital pharmacy. They had me waiting for 1hour and 50 and I never got someone to answer my call. All I wanted was to check if the pharmacy had my medication ready for pick up. I should have gone to go check with the UMC pharmacy by car, it would have been faster. Unacceptable 110% to keep a UMC patient waiting for almost 2 hours. I guess they were busy talking. Because each time I go to pick up my is prescriptions from the UMC pharmacy the work there, are always talking and laughing. UMC you need to train your employees about customer service. Its important that people get their medication on time. Bad service.!!!

I had a wonderful experience at UMC pharmacy on Alberta today. Had to pick up med for someone and although busy, the line moved quickly. I was called over by young man- Jose and he was so nice. Took hardly anytime and was so helpful explaining how to use. I asked him if they had Google reviews and he did not know so I promised to look them up and leave a review with his name. Thank you UMC pharmacy and Jose as well as other employees who have helped us in the past

Keeps delaying medication from 11am to 1 pm then I come in person at 2:30 pm to make sure medication is ready and im told to wait 30 minutes smh…..

Worst place ever , starting with drop off, they said my son's insurance didn't cover his medication the lady didn't even tried to help. The insurance had to call them so they would give it to me. They said the medication would be ready in an hour came back in an hour not ready, they said in 20 min came back and hour later they said it was still not ready said another 30 min. Keep in mind my son is in pain and needed the medication. I leave and call already upset asking the time they said another 10 min I get the text medication is ready I go get it and they said it going to take some time for them to mix the medication I said how long the person it the pick up section says "I don't know do you want me to give it to you like this your not going to be able to use it ".

Worst place rude and uncaring staff especially tall big women - Supervisor never to be found!
