University Hospitals Urgent Care Broadview Heights

For a place that just opened 1 day prior, there was missing tiles in ceiling, lifting flooring, overflowing garbage cans. Wheelchair had plastic on wheels yet. Front desk woman stated it was not UH running this facility. Very confusing. Triage nurse and NP were awesome to work with though!

I decided to give this new UH Urgent Care a try as my son needed a simple sports physical. I made an appointment online and arrived on time. We were told there was one patient in front of us. It first took 30 minutes to even get called back. Once in the room, we sat there without being seen for 45 minutes. I finally went and asked if anyone was going to come and the employee said she would check. We sat for another 30 minutes, all the while able to hear the patient in the room next to us because the walls are so thin. You can hear everything! So after nearly 2 hours we decided to leave and asked for a refund. Very disappointed in the entire experience.

The staff were excellent! Michael, the nurse took really good care when treating the injury i sustained. He was very thorough and explained what I needed to do to maintain post treatment. The girl at the front desk that checked me in was also excellent (sorry couldn't remember her name, but she was great!!!) Also the nurse that took all my vitals was great. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Woke up with a terrible sore throat. Supposed to get on a plane in a few hours. Found this facility online, so easy to check in and get an arrival time. All tests completed in a timely manner, in a professional clean environment. Can’t say enough. Appreciate everyone I came into contact with. Incredible team, doctors, and facility. Appreciate you all.

This was my first time visiting the urgent care at broadview heights. The location is clean, I scheduled my appointment online and I had barely waiting time. The medical assistant as well the PA were very thorough and professional. I really recommend this location.
