University Hospital Ped Emr

This place was horrible. If I could rate from 0-5 I'd give them a 0 instead of 1. First of all they have you waiting for hours. Let me remind you this is the PEDIACTRICS center for CHILDREN. Unlike adults children are less patient, they get hungry, and tired. One ladies son had a wounded leg and was there from 1pm. - 4pm. and left. She was FOURTH on the list and when she left had still never seen a doctor. For me at the moment they called me up I was in the process of leaving. So to continue later that month I get an pricy bill from University for 1k (not counting the ride). I never saw a DOCTOR, they offered nothing but want me to pay that kind of money. I would never recommend that place.

Be weary of this hospital. My son was here 4/11 after a traumatic accident. This hospital treats there patients like guinea pigs for trainees. You don't get the love and care needed. We transported him out of there and went somewhere else.

This hospital is the worst! The the two ladies at the front registration desk are unprofessional. They are rude and nasty! Like why work in healthcare and not help people!! They do not like doing their job at all. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable.
