Very unorganized. This place is full of racial profilers, which is weird given the neighborhood. Louis to be exact was part of an event giving out gifts to families and assumed anyone who was Black was there to receive when a lot of us were volunteers. Keisha in particular doesn’t know how to talk to people. There’s just a lack of hospitality and respect in this place and I’d steer clear.

Worse service ever. They had given me wrong reports saying that my condition is normal. Unfortunately, It wasn't. I went to another doctor in New York and came to know that the reports which university hospital has given to me were wrong. I did complaint at patient relationship department and informed it to customer relationship department still, Customer relationship department are sending letters every two days. I got dozens of the letters as of now. They do not even have coordination between different departments. SAD

Worst emergency place in Newark because on oct31 my mom got assaulted by 18 random boys with ski mask and her mouth was literally bleeding bad she had blood all over her and they ran a blood test to see if she needed more and then they said wait in the waiting room for stitches and mouth was still bleeding like that’s really sad and I’m 14 about to be 15 in march 2025 and I still remember it like it was yesterday😭
