The podiatrist is okay and the nurse was nice. However some of the front desk receptionist lack professional etiquettes. One of the guys yelled at my daughter for playing with an attractive singing bird on the wall , which clearly attracted other children to play with it. No one said anything. Then he finally removed it from the wall. Then the waiting room have a wide variety of seats but they had us sitting all packed together on one side and allowed certain people to sit on the empty side. The receptionist reasons for it weren't valid nor written anywhere in policy. Compassion, empathy, and professionalism goes a long way in this field and this place lacks.

Guadalupe in the ENT office was the best. You don't what you need until you're suffering to find the help that you need. Guadalupe stepped in perfectly by offering me wheelchair assistance back to my car from the ENT visit for my son. I'm physically disabled and often have a lot of lower back pain and my son has autism. She was able to get herself and someone else to help us and push us in a wheelchair. It might seem like a small thing but it was big and mighty. Thank you very much for your service.

Terrible OBGYN front desk, lazy people, cancelling the appt for my disabled mom who lives 1.5 hours from the hospital last minute at front desk, blaming patient for not checking My Chart. I wish you can keep yourself up to date when you reach 65 and be disabled, so rude. I called 2 days in advance to confirm the appt, it was confirmed, you can't even make a call and let pt know. You don't understand that you work for customer service, should not work in that position with that attitude, this is OBGYN front desk service on 05/3/2023

The Dr.'s office here is TERRIBLE! I have 3 family members who WERE patients here. I found us new drs, you wait 2 weeks for prescription refills, I waited over a month for a medical form to be completed. Dr appointments are a whole another story. Dr. Aluya left & I tried staying with the current drs but couldn't. Blood pressure machine not accurate, ask the nurse to take my pressure manually & WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Take care UMDNJ, I'm done.
