I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the nurses, anesthesia team, doctor, and especially my midwife for the care and compassion they showed me during such a devastating loss. Every single person treated me with kindness, patience, and dignity during one of the hardest moments of my life. The nurses were attentive and gentle, the anesthesia team explained everything clearly and made me feel safe, and the doctor was thorough and respectful. My midwife went above and beyond. Her empathy, presence, and support made an unbearable situation feel less lonely. I will never forget the grace and humanity shown to me by this team, and I am deeply thankful for the care I received.

You changed the hospital name, but not the problems. This place is all about scamming people. I applied for the discount and was given a paper in which I was told if I receive any treatment before my application is processed, I am covered and wouldn't owe anything. Just give them a copy of that paper, and I did. I received treatment in the ER the very next day. I was approved for actual health insurance two days later who dated my coverage back to June 01, 2025. I provided a copy of my insurance info, as well as the paper she gave me which I was told everything would be covered with no cost to me, guess what; I keep getting billed! I've sent my info to them three times and just received another bill. You tell people they are covered and then hit them later with a bill they can't afford!! E

Unfortunately, I broke my leg and came to the ER here. The emergency doctors quickly arranged CT scans and made a fast, accurate diagnosis. They scheduled my surgery at the earliest and most appropriate time. The doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, and front desk staff were all extremely professional, very dedicated to their work, and always polite. Now I’m on my way to becoming ‘Iron Man,’ slowly waiting to recover back to normal. I truly wish happiness and joy to all the amazing people who helped me!

I had a bartholin's gland act up on me . The staff is wonderful I worked at UH for years and usually went to the ED there at Lakewood even though I worked at hospital hill.. I can't remember my nurse name but she was slinder young black woman. She was fantastic and efficient, and the doc who did the procedure to my b gland had the nurse get a gyno bed for me and turned my bed away from the entrance for privacy. He prescribed pain meds to. They were great. They made me feel soooo much better. Even though I moved to Kansas City Kansas I still want to go there.
