University Health Care - Homestead

I've been going to this clinic for over a year I have several complaints first with transportation not enough vans for pick up they come late the office staff is not responsible when dealing with the heath of a patient losing or misplaced referrals they do not get on what the importance of en emergency surgery .I seen it all that when you go to a clinic I've always believed its private here is not is more like getting into your private life I feel bad for others that go there they are older people and don't want to complain about situations that go on in this place or they don't know how so everyone can be aware I don't need everyone knowing my business You ask questions and they don't give you the truth answer or the right one one said one thing and another say something different daught

To called this location to help me Bruce’s I wasn’t able to get though their West Kendall office. No surprise.. this one is just as bad for customer service. I can see why their is a struggle for talent.

Iam happy n like it e everywhere there is a problem..n theres lots of people there ...theres lots of placese to go but it'll b the same.we cant havent it our way all there time .we jus hav to b patient.and theres gosdip in sll the places u go thats family-friendly i hav been there going on4yrs.

Receptionist was very rude! If you have someone picking up calls and greeting you should have someone with a better attitude!!!
