I have gone here for many years to get my colonoscopy done and the staff is always wonderful. But on this particular day, they went above and beyond. I am already a tough stick when it comes to IV’s and getting blood drawn. But today it was more difficult because I was dehydrated from the prep. I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the two Madison’s and the two Kim’s for being persistent, caring and apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault(even shared a few laughs). If it wasn’t for them , I would I had to reschedule and do that horrible prep all over again. So, Thank you ladies!!

I liked the receptionists. They laughed at my joke. They had me sign 7 release forms. I said, “Wait a minute! This one that says you get my car if I die, I’m not signing that!” They said, “Go ahead! We’ll take good care of it!” Give those ladies a raise!

Had a great experience here. Dr Gao and her team were amazing. I felt at ease the whole time before my procedure and after. Nurses were great. Highly recommend

Very busy practice but no waiting to be seen. Dr Tian is always smiling and cheerful. Asks questions and listening to your problems. He’s always willing to help you through your pain issues

I had a follow up with Jodi Criner layout a week and a half ago. She explained everything that was done in my endoscopy. She let me know everything was good. To keep up healthy eating and to take care of myself. I let Jodi know I had a life changing situation .and she gave me so much support and said You got this ! Thank you Jodi😊😊 Respectfully, Sue Brady
