Great customer service with the ENTIRE office! They are ALL so helpful! I love the constant reminders I get via text, phone-calls and email for my upcoming appointments. Those are much appreciated. Original post in 2014. Best dental center within a 300-mile radius! Amazing dentists and staff! We are beyond impressed with the caliber of service, efficiency, and bed-side manner that Dr. Peralez, (and now) Dr.s Longoria, and their staff provide. They are consistent, well-informed, enthusiastic and have an excellent follow-up and reminder system in place. My family of 5 (ages 8 to 53) are always well-received and treated like family instead of just another patient or a number. It is evident that the dentists and their staff have a symbiotic relationship, since we don't see a high turn-over rate in his employees as is evident in most other dental offices. I just started going to this dentist office and have had nothing but great service from their friendly staff! My mother has been going there for years already so I was happy that they were in network for me! I'd only gone to the dentist once in my entire life so they had a good amount of deep cleaning to do on me! They did an amazing job! (Special thanks to Bridgette for her patience and perseverance!) I have my next appointment in one month and I am actually excited about going to the dentist! I would whole heartedly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Its sad they only accept people by only by appointment there missing out on money and when I asked what other dentist they would recommend they the lady that answer the phone said I HAVE NOOOO IDEA how is she not going to know if you work on the industry.
