University Dental Care

I was nervous as I walked in the door but the ladies made me feel so comfortable right away. The nurse who took care of me ( did all my x-rays) made me feel at ease. she did an awesome job at answering my questions. The dentist was also amazing. I have not been to a dentist in a long time but this place is the best and I am so glad that made my experience a good one. I do not fear going to back as I know these ladies treat you with respect. Great place to go.. It was well worth the wait for my visit..

Staff is absolutely wonderful all around from front desk to dental assistants to Dr. Ola. Farrah! They have all been so kind, beyond just dental care.

Had an appointment scheduled for months drove over 30+ minutes to get to my appointment for them to tell me they don’t have an appointment for me today and that there is an appointment scheduled 10 days from now. I am 9 months pregnant I would not have scheduled an appt 10 days from now! They did absolutely nothing to accommodate or acknowledge their mistake. They had no record of the appointment change either. Absolutely would not recommend, very unprofessional, and now I have to try and find a new dentist because I will not be going there now. I never miss appointments and I would not have taken off work if there wasn’t absolutely an appointment scheduled today.

This is the WORST dental office ever. We actually like the dentist. But the office staff is beyond unimaginable. 2 years in a row they canceled our 6 mo appointments-mind you just a short email the week of saying they are canceling it, no calling to reschedule or anything. I eventually called to reschedule the 2nd time this happened to at least get my daughter’s exam. Then when I finally broke a tooth they give me grief over not coming! They have this excuse of their heigenist going on maternity leave-ok so? The world just stops?! They don’t call to reschedule? They are really picky about when you don’t show up for your appointments…but today my husband was in pain, left work to be there at 130, and it looks like they are closed? Or moved? This is by far the worst dental clinic I have ever experienced. The staff treated me without patience or care. Before any evaluation, you are not even allowed to see the dentist directly. Instead, trainees come in and tell you that you must complete an X-ray, then a cleaning, and so on—even if you already have recent X-rays and refuse to repeat them. The dentist herself was extremely rude. She even tried to force me to open my mouth to show her my teeth. They do not consider whether an X-ray is truly necessary; they simply insist on doing it, as if they are desperate to make money from patients and insurance companies. The trainees were also inexperienced and unskilled. During the cleaning, I felt such severe pain that I had to stop immediately. My mouth filled with blood, and I could actu
