University Compounding Pharmacy

I went there for my first time yesterday to pick up a prescription for my wife. There was very easy free parking in a parking lot and on the street. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the pharmacist who helped me was also very courteous. I’m interested in changing our pharmacist from Rite Aid to this new location. The only challenging point for us is that it is not the most convenient location from where we live.

Update - Someone called me within an hour of the original 1 star review below, and they rectified the situation. Given that the experience was like this for so many months, do not think they warrant a high review. The system is very inaccurate and regularly said there were prescriptions to refill only to call, go through the system of press 1, press 1, enter your RX, enter your birthdate, etc. then be told there is not available refill. I don't know why there would be any surprise to the review with a system like that. Ongoing terrible experience with this pharmacy. Monday - voicemail to call that they received a new prescription from my doctor, need me to call to authorize. Wednesday/Thursday/ and today in the morning, text messages saying the same thing, they received a new prescr

Just double check your packaging when they deliver because they delivered only my syringes and alcohol swabs but not the medication which was $200. I took a picture of the what I received and they basically said it was delivered. Just double check your packages is all I can say. I'm so sad and mad because I would never lie about missing medication. I been paying them $200 a month for the last 4 - 6 months and never had any issues and trusted that this would not happen. Unfortunately it did and it's my loss. I wasn't trying to get a free bee but to ask if they can look back to double check if my order was mistakenly not on the package. I am a physician and have been prescribing with university compounding pharmacy for about a year. I have been incredibly pleased with them. Everyone I have spoken with there has been friendly, receptive, and incredibly helpful. The pharmacists are really well informed, and always ready and able to answer any questions or concerns from both myself and my patients.
