Universal Urgent Care-Brimhall

I rarely leave reviews and I never give 5 stars because that’s perfection, but I wanted to tell others about the great experience I had when I brought my daughter in on Feb 3. She had a lingering cough after getting a cold. Her doctor didn’t have an opening so we came to the facility on Brimhall Rd. We only had to wait about 5 minutes before they called us back. She was seen by Dr Anudeep and she was great. She did all kinds of tests and was concerned we wouldn’t want to wait for results. It didn’t take long. My daughter needed a couple of shots & she was worried about her getting sick. Since I took her straight from school, her tummy was empty. The doctor came back with a couple little apples for her to eat so she wouldn’t get sick. I really appreciated that, not many doctors go that extr

I love this facility. Dr Bawa is an amazing and compassionate person. She is very dedicated to her profession and gives her best to comfort her patients. She is my family’s primary care doctor. Staff is very helpful too. No long waiting time. I will highly recommend this clinic.

Good doctor, but tired of making appointments and then sitting around for 40 minutes after my appointment time. This seems to be a ongoing pattern. They want you to make appointments because there time is "valuable" but once you're here they don't care

Absolutely love this clinic! They treat me and my entire family with genuine care and respect every time. The staff is warm, professional, and truly listens. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommend to anyone in Bakersfield looking for primary care with a Dr who actually cares and looks out for your health!
