The instructors (professor Horning, Dr. B, professor Watson ,professor Loretta Chappotin)are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely want you to be do well. The program is well-structured and prepares students not just to pass exams, but to become confident and competent professionals. I consider my being in Universal Training Institute a miracle in many ways. UTI starts off looking like a decent program, but everything changes once you reach Med-Surg 1 & 2. This is where the school’s real issues show. The conflicts of interest, favoritism, and unprofessional behavior are impossible to ignore. The Med-Surg instructor gives exams that do not match the material taught, leaving entire classes unprepared and confused. Many students fail not because they don’t study, but because the tests don’t reflect the lectures, textbooks, or skills we were told to review. Grades often feel inconsistent, unclear, or conveniently “adjusted” without proper explanation. It’s extremely discouraging and feels intentional.
