My husband went here recently for an annual check up. When he goes back to the office to get his results, the receptionist Scott told him he complained of chest pain and shortness of breath, which was false. We realized they mixed up his paperwork with another patient! After waiting over an hour to see the doctor, my husband leaves because he had work. The receptionist Scott was upset that my husband left without telling him and wouldn't allow him to speak with the doctor and was very rude. My husband was also charged a co-pay which was wrong because my insurance completely covers for annual check ups. I spoke with the supervisor Esmeralda and I learned why her staff is so incompetent and rude, they follow their supervisors incompetence. They purposely did not list my husband's visit as an
