Have had work done here in the past with good results. Unfortunately, yesterday was a horrible experience. Ill start by saying the staff was very friendly for the exception of the dentist I was examined by. She was so rude, condescending, unprofessional, and had negative comments for anything I had to say. When I explained my financial situation her responses were nothing short of dismissive. I explained to her I was taking Tylenol at the max dosage a day and she told me I'm abusing drugs in my cabinet. I was here in need of help for pain and antibiotics for an infection. What I received was flat out disrespect. I had an amazing experience with everyone at Universal Dentistry! From start to finish, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The service I received by Dr.Douglas was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can finally smile again with confidence! Spent 12,000 for implants and dentures, asked to have new hardware, they asked how much my budget was, they said I could have new dentures for another 7000 dollars cheaper is not better denture didn't last 5 years sign say dentures starting at 499.00, guy on the commercial is a fraud, never again will they get money from me!

This particular Universal Dentistry I would NOT RECOMMEND. I had Bridge work done there in Turnersville NJ. They hyped me up with all that they could do for me. I’ve had problems at every turn. The Bridge work split I couldn’t tell you how many times. They claimed it was that I must be grinding my teeth at night.The last time the split I called them and they told me I would be charged. Of course I didn’t go back ever. My opinion is now that they never treated my gums and put my bridgework over teeth that wouldn’t hold up the bridgework. I’m now having to have all the bridgework removed from the bottom. Eating a simple sandwich one day, I heard a loud snap and that was by tooth had broken away. So of course I had to walk around with teeth only on the half of my mouth. Now I’m having issues

They were amazing. I can’t say anything bad about this office. They were caring and very fast with my new dentures. The teeth came out perfect. From front desk to the actual dentist I give them 5 stars.
