⭐ 1-Star Review – Universal Dental Clinic, Hyde Park I visited Universal Dental Clinic in Hyde Park last Friday for a consultation and was informed that I needed two molars extracted by an oral surgeon. The dentist submitted the request to BCBS with urgency, and as of yesterday, BCBS confirmed it was still pending approval. Because the pain had become severe and unmanageable despite rotating acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and naproxen, I called the clinic seeking help. I explained my situation clearly and requested that a dentist call me back or that someone empathetically call in an appropriate pain medication while we awaited surgical approval. Instead, I was bluntly told that they could only offer ibuprofen 800 mg—despite me already stating multiple times that ibuprofen was ineffective—an

I had the best VISIT Ever today with " AL "my dental care specialist who gave me my annual cleaning and it was one of the BEST Cleaning and Teeth🦷🪥 Polishing. The Staff is always very polite and professional. I highly recommend them for dental services.
