Don’t even bother going here. They won’t help you here! The receptionist with the personality of a wet sock will ask you what you need to be seen for and then run to the back where I can only assume that the wizard lives, as I have never actually seen a doctor in this place. When the sock comes back she informs me that they cannot see patients for refills on existing prescriptions and that I’ll have to go someplace else. Keep in mind that the wizard has been informed that I’m not looking for narcotics; a simple steroid in fact, one that is responsible for keeping me from going into a coma and dying on a daily basis. Just the dumbest experience, amidst an overwhelmingly dumb medical experience across the whole USA in general. They make you make an "appointment" online. This does not actually make ANY kind of appointment. It just lets them know that another human is coming in at a given time. You get to still wait for as long as it takes. They force you to wait inside. There's not NEARY enough room for everyone to sit. And who wants to be squeezed in with a bunch of sick people during cold and flu season? Could they let you go sit in your car, and just call you when they're ready for you? Of course! During COVID, everyone did this! But for whatever dumb reason, they won't. God forbid someone add "call the patient on their cell" to the ridiculous sign in process. Hell, they could just buy a bunch of bu

Despite the previous bad reviews, I was very pleased with all the staff from the moment I walked in and overall experience. I got called back within 5 minutes, only waited less than 10 minutes for the nurse and doctor to come into the room. Everyone was very friendly and courteous!

Was a very good experience and got the care I needed very quickly. The doctors and nurses were also very kind and professional.

I made an appointment online and was seen immediately upon arrival, I was there 20 mins tops and then on way to get my prescriptions
