Unity Healthcare Pharmacy

I had a really disappointing experience at this pharmacy. Every time I tried to ask a question, I was spoken over or interrupted. The staff seemed frustrated and overwhelmed, and instead of helping me feel heard, they kept cutting me off and abruptly putting me on hold without any explanation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. As someone who just wanted clear information about my prescription, this interaction left me feeling ignored and uncomfortable. I hope they work on improving their communication and customer service everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, especially when it comes to their health.

Do not go here! I was running out of medication and needed to see a doctor so the first man I spoke to was nice and tried to squeeze me in. However, when I showed up for the appointment that was scheduled a week later, I was told that the appointment was canceled. The woman I spoke to didn't give me explanation or referrals to places that might be able to help me. They do not care about your health.

I’m so done with the doctors at unity they are so rude they never look at your chart when walking into the room they always rushing the appointment never listening or letting the patients talk and everyone act like there having a bad day never no real doctors at a lot of locations some days it’s just nurse practitioners and they just as worse never can help anybody. They really need to shut all locations down. Every time I come to Brentwood, 14th st even upper Cardozo they have the worse attitude the doctors are terrible and provider grant he is the absolutely terrible!!

I was in urgent need of pain management and my appointment was cancelled by provider. I was often in line with people who were blamed for cancellations when arrived for an appointment and had none or who were waiting and classified as "no-shows" without being called. Office procedures are positively stone age:. Excessive use of multiple-copy paper forms in conjunction with a redundant computer system that operates at the nadir of efficiency.

I had a pleasant experience in this pharmacy. They are very professional and caring. Listened to my concern and resolved it in a timely manner.
