Unity Health-After Hours Clinic

It is most certainly a medical clinic. They have evening and weekend hours.

Brought two kids here today. Took 4 hours to check in, be seen and to check out. It was almost 3 hours before we were brought to a room. The other hour was spent waiting to be examined and get a rapid strep test result back. I have never seen such a lack efficiency at a medical facility that was not an ER. As well, there was a young mother with several children and an infant that had been waiting so long to be seen but had to leave so that her children could go to bed. We arrived at approximately 4:20pm and left at approximately 8:20pm. Not sure when that young mother arrived, but she told the woman at the front desk she would have to return tomorrow because the wait time was so long. I would not recommend this place unless you have no other choice. Unity Health needs to take a close look

From the moment I entered Unity, every single person is so very professional, yet friendly and helpful. I had the best nurses in pre-op, and an amazing surgeon in Dr. Franz, who just did a third joint replacement for me. After my admission, the nurses, with the exception of one, and all the aides were so kind and caring.

Very professional and helpful. Let me know my results of lab work, they were helpful, friendly staff and answered any questions about this matter. PBR Amy Smith showed great concern and was very helpful and professional. She later called me to inform me of my lab results and informed me to go to my local ER to get medical help to catch my bacterial infection before it spread further in my body. The staff there was very professional, helpful and courteous. Thank you for helping me in this matter and saving my right knee and my life! God bless all of you!!🙏🙏

I was admitted promptly and did not have to fill out any paperwork. The receptionist verified myidentity and I sat for only a few minutes before my name was called. Once in the treatment area things went smoothly and I was told what medication I was receiving and what it was for. The staff answered all my questions and I felt I was on good hands. Thanks for making a very stressful situation less scary.
