Unitek College Concord Campus

My experience in the Medical Assisting program at Unitek College in Concord was a full spectrum of emotions a bit like flipping through chapters that each had their own energy. The campus environment itself felt warm and welcoming, and I truly appreciated all of my instructors. They brought personality and passion into the classroom. I want to especially acknowledge Amber, who consistently showed up with support, patience, and genuine care. Her presence made a huge difference. That said, I do feel there were moments where the learning process could have been stronger. The online portion was especially challenging at times, mainly due to miscommunication or unclear guidance from certain teachers. It left me wishing I had learned more in some areas or received more structured instruction.

Studying at Unitek College’s Concord campus has been an incredible journey of growth and learning. Unitek college was a great way to get my foot in the door in healthcare. I found the program pretty easy to balance as a working student. They really cared about me finding a good Externship site and I landed a job within a month of leaving Unitek. I would recommend this to anyone trying to start a career in the healthcare field.

I had a great experience at Unitek Concord. The hands-on training was extremely helpful, and the instructors were very supportive. The Career Services department also made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my time there. Highly recommend!
